I am a postdoctoral researcher at Technische Universiteit Delft (TU Delft), the Netherlands, in DC systems, Energy Conversion and Storage group, working on various national and international projects with industry partners.
Prior to joining TU Delft, I completed my PhD from the Electronics and Electrical Engineering (EEE) Department, IIT Guwahati, India, where I worked on different approaches to maximizing the transmission efficiency and power transfer capability of the wireless power transfer (WPT) system for EV charging applications.
My current research interests include developing integration software (using S2 standards) for hybrid energy storage systems, designing and analyzing of off-grid EV chargers (plug-in), standalone microgrid design and optimization, and digital twins for electrolyzer systems. It also includes analyzing and designing the wireless charging coils (magnetics) and developing the power converters in the WPT system for EV charging applications. Besides that, it consists of designing and developing a smart solar home system with multiple charging strategies for rural areas in India.
I am always excited to explore new ideas that can make a meaningful impact. I work with industry partners and researchers to create better energy solutions that contribute to a more sustainable future.
